• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships
• Identify new business opportunities by analysing market trends and client needs
• Prepared and presented proposals to potential clients ensuring alignment with their business objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised HR solutions and ensure client satisfaction
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide market insights to the management team to refine service offerings and strategies
