Spectrum Search is proud to be working with our client, a pioneering stablecoin-based payment orchestration platform, to hire an experienced Senior Sales Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with expertise in B2B cross-border payments and payment orchestration models leveraging stablecoins.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive adoption of our client s stablecoin payment orchestration solution.
• Identify, engage, and close deals with payment providers, fintechs, enterprises, and financial institutions seeking efficient cross-border payment solutions.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the payments ecosystem.
• Educate prospects and clients on the benefits of stablecoin-based payment orchestration, addressing technical and regulatory considerations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product and compliance, to align sales strategies with market needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in crypto payments, blockchain, and payment orchestration.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in B2B sales within cross-border payments, payment orchestration, or digital assets.
• Strong knowledge of stablecoins, blockchain-based payment solutions, and payment orchestration models.
• Established network within the fintech, payments, and crypto industries.
• Experience navigating regulatory considerations related to stablecoin payments.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
