Senior Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head

Location: Dubai (For regional positions, please refer to specific markets below)

Job Purpose: The Senior Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head will be responsible for driving the sales and business development efforts within the assigned region, managing key customer relationships, and achieving revenue growth. The role will focus on the palm oil and fats industry and requires deep market knowledge, strategic leadership, and an ability to work effectively across diverse cultural and regional landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned region to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and increase market share in the assigned region.
  • Lead and manage a sales team to drive performance and deliver consistent results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Stay informed of market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes affecting the palm oil/fats industry.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.
  • Manage the negotiation and closing of major sales contracts.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum Experience: 5 years in the palm oil/fats industry, with proven sales success.
  • Languages: Proficiency in the local language(s) of the assigned region. English proficiency is mandatory for all positions.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple sales channels and customer segments.
    • Leadership and team management capabilities.
    • Knowledge of the palm oil/fats industry and regional market dynamics.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
