Key Responsibilities:

  1. Possess a strong technical understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire Safety, Security, and Access Control, with focused expertise in Integrated Managed Services, Software as a Service (SaaS), and Internet of Things (IoT) propositions.
  2. Formulate comprehensive business plans and go-to-market strategies to foster long-term profitable growth in the service business across the META Region.
  3. Design and execute sales strategies and pursuit plans in collaboration with support functions and Strategic Business Units (SBUs), ensuring effective project execution for key service opportunities.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new service accounts throughout the Gulf Region, promoting Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) service growth.
  5. Establish and nurture C-level relationships with more than 10 key end-users for primary accounts, ensuring a robust network within the industry.
  6. Contribute inputs for the Strategic Plan (STRAP) as necessary, aligning objectives with corporate strategy.
  7. Cultivate relationships with key consultants and market players to drive engagement that benefits service business initiatives.
  8. Identify and develop new business opportunities, clients, and customers to enhance service growth.
  9. Maintain deep market insights and foster strong relationships with customers and partners to facilitate collaboration and growth.
  10. Communicate regularly with leadership, maintaining detailed records of key account plans, stakeholder mapping, pipeline/opportunity statuses (including RFIs/RFQs/RFPs), forecasting activities, and other relevant information.
  11. Collaborate closely with Sales Key Account Managers, providing professional support and guidance to achieve sales goals.
  12. Provide technical input to the proposals team for significant bids, ensuring competitiveness and accuracy.
  13. Act as the primary point of accountability for key pursuits and resource coordination, working with local SBU management.
  14. Support marketing initiatives, including trade shows, publications, and industry advertising campaigns.
  15. Work with Global Business Enterprise (GBE) commercial teams to develop effective strategies for success.
  16. Align efforts with GBE leadership and commercial teams to ensure coherence and avoid redundancy.
  17. Establish high work standards and manage team performance, partnering with the business to drive results.
  18. Master closing and negotiation skills to address objections and secure deals.
  19. Measure performance against HBS METAKPIs, including pipeline growth, conversion rates, stakeholder engagement, and market share increase in giga projects.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related business discipline.
  2. Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in a multinational environment, with a proven success record.
  3. Experience in customer and team management, demonstrating leadership qualities.
  4. Experience in setting and executing long-term business strategies.
  5. Strong understanding of HBS processes, and commercial and contract terms.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
