A leading hospitality brand is seeking a Corporate Senior Sales Manager for its Dubai location. This pivotal role involves driving business growth by targeting new clients and managing existing accounts. Candidates should possess a degree in Business or Hospitality, coupled with at least 3 years of relevant sales experience. The position offers a dynamic work environment, focusing on exceptional customer service and revenue maximization.
Responsible for the development of the Corporate segment from an agreed designated geographic region. To represent the business at the highest level in order to solicit new business opportunities, and to maximize revenue from existing accounts. To promote the business through strong negotiations (including F&B and rooms revenue) to assist the hotel archive budget in line with revenue and sales strategies.

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.
