Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager specializing in Flexible Packaging, located in Umm Al Quwain. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and directing a sales team, developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include identifying market trends, targeting and meeting with potential clients, establishing long-term partnerships, preparing sales proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves closely collaborating with the marketing and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.

  • Extensive experience in Sales Management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
