Our client is a leading regional Food & Beverages company headquartered in the UAE, looking to hire a Senior Sales Manager to manage the UAE market.
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will lead the Sales function for the UAE for a food & beverages manufacturing major and will have P&L responsibility. You will be responsible for planning and implementing sales strategies to meet annual sales budgets, building and executing a business plan in modern trade, achieving monthly and quarterly volume targets, and tracking and enhancing Modern Trade & HoReCa channel performance. As a market activation custodian, you will be responsible for planning and implementing market activation programs, consumer and trade promotions, merchandising, tracking competition, and ensuring a strong and robust process.
