A prestigious real estate developer in Dubai is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives within the luxury property sector. The role requires professionals with a strong network in Dubai’s real estate market who thrive in competitive environments and can drive consistent revenue growth. Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Delivery: Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Drive direct sales of luxury residential projects to investors and end-users. Implement innovative approaches to maximize lead conversion.
- Client & Broker Relationship Management: Prospect, engage, and nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and corporate buyers. Build and manage a strong network of brokers and channel partners. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of clients and sales opportunities.
- Market Intelligence & Business Development: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, buyer behaviors, and new opportunities. Provide data-driven insights to position properties competitively and guide client decisions.
- Sales Process & Negotiation: Deliver compelling project presentations to clients and brokers. Handle negotiations, objections, and deal closures with professionalism. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless documentation, contracts, and payment processing.
- Team Leadership & Performance Management: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales executives to exceed targets. Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of team members. Establish a culture of accountability, customer focus, and performance excellence.
- CRM & Data Management: Ensure accurate sales reporting and pipeline management through CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years in real estate sales in Dubai, preferably within the luxury property market.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strong client-centric approach.
- Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Dubai’s real estate trends, demographics, and investor landscape.
- Network: Pre-established relationships with brokers, channel partners, and high-net-worth clients.
- Technical: CRM proficiency (Salesforce or equivalent).
