As a Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for implementing all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities within your specific area. Your role involves executing all sales action plans, with key responsibilities including:

  • Ensuring comprehensive coverage of your portfolio, engaging all levels of clients from managerial to departmental executives for complete client servicing, achieving targets, and maximizing productivity.
  • Implementing and executing sales objectives and action plans to meet and exceed targets.
  • Establishing parameters, preparing quotes, and negotiating prices with customers for transient and group business related to the properties.
  • Promoting and generating sales leads within your respective areas.
  • Providing feedback on market conditions, including trends and competition, through direct sales, telephone, and direct mail.
  • Maintaining files of major accounts and assisting in managing the accounts system.
  • Adhering to selling strategies during negotiations and maximizing upselling opportunities whenever possible.
Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experience

You should hold a degree in sales with a minimum of two years of postgraduate experience, ideally within the hotel industry. You must be computer literate, possess excellent presentation skills, and have highly sophisticated communication skills, both written and oral. Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
