Job Description
- Sales & Customer Management Responsibilities:
- Customer Visits: Conduct regular customer visits to identify upselling opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
- Customer Relations: Maintain long-term customer relationships to build trust and ensure repeat business.
- Forecasting & Stock Planning: Forecast item-wise sales volume and coordinate timely stock replenishments to avoid gaps.
- Product Assortment Expansion: Identify opportunities to introduce new products into the assortment to drive incremental sales.
- Customer Acquisition: Continuously scout and onboard new customers to expand the client base.
- Retail Outlet Management: Supervise the daily operations and performance of the retail outlet to ensure target achievement and efficient service. - Buying & Procurement Responsibilities:
- Requirement Coordination: Align with store teams daily to identify and fulfill product needs.
- Vendor Order Placement: Place daily orders with local vendors ensuring timely and accurate inventory restocking.
- Price Negotiation: Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive prices and cost-effective deals.
- Vendor Management: Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality and consistency of supply.
- Air Shipment Coordination: Coordinate air shipment items with the Procurement (CPD) and store teams to fulfill urgent needs.
- Stock Monitoring: Follow up with the Dubai team daily to ensure stock availability and reduce stockouts.
- Sales Team Support: Support the sales team in fulfilling special customer requirements promptly.
- Purchase Documentation: Create and manage Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) and Import Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner.

- Minimum 3–5 years in Sales, Procurement, or a dual-role position, preferably within the food, retail, or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, local market vendors, and sales forecasting.
