The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and managing key client relationships. Responsibilities:
Identify high-value leads and strategically pursue new business opportunities in the field of IT and ELV solutions.
Build, manage, and expand relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Conduct detailed needs analysis and create customized sales proposals.
Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals.
Report to Sales Director and form strategic procedures to close leads.
Provide input on market trends and assist in refining the company’s offerings.
Regular follow-ups with potential clients and leads.
Maintain good customer relationships.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales executives.
Share best practices and contribute to the professional growth of team members.
Prepare detailed sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Provide regular updates to the Sales Director on progress and challenges.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
6+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Experience in handling high-value clients or managing complex sales cycles is preferred.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
