Senior Sales Executive – Global Payments (Crypto/High-Risk Focus)

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Experience: 5+ years

Responsibilities
  1. Drive global B2B sales of crypto payment solutions to enterprise clients, focusing on high-risk verticals (e.g., betting, casino, gaming, FX).
  2. Identify, approach, and close deals with decision-makers (C-level/C-1) across emerging and mature markets.
  3. Provide clients with tailored payment strategies based on industry, jurisdiction, and operational model.
  4. Develop and deliver client-specific commercial proposals and pricing models.
  5. Lead end-to-end deal lifecycle: from initial outreach to contract closure and onboarding.
  6. Represent B2BinPay at industry conferences, expos, and networking events globally.
  7. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to test go-to-market hypotheses and contribute to channel and campaign strategies.
  8. Build a scalable sales pipeline in both regulated and offshore markets.
  9. Obligatory:
  10. Minimum 5 years of proven success in B2B sales of payment solutions (acquiring, PSP, pay-in/pay-out, or crypto payments).
  11. Strong track record of selling to high-risk merchants and understanding their needs and regulatory context.
  12. Deep knowledge of the payments value chain: merchant onboarding, KYC/KYB, processing, risk, compliance, settlements.
  13. Understanding of crypto payments infrastructure and its advantages for high-risk business models.
  14. A strong personal network of decision-makers in the high-risk ecosystem is a major advantage.
  15. Capable of navigating licensing, banking, and operational structures across offshore and Tier-1/2 jurisdictions.
  16. Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to structure complex commercial agreements.
