In This Role You Will

  • Plan, manage, organise, and monitor sales targets to ensure achievement of objectives.
  • Maintain regular liaison with Principal/Trade Partners, Clients, and business Accounts.
  • Achieve overall sales targets by sourcing new business and managing existing accounts to increase revenue.
  • Focus on client relationship management and uphold service standards.
  • Monitor revenue, yield, and staff productivity to optimize performance.
  • Communicate product portfolio effectively to maximize sales.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and business reviews.
  • Support promotions, events, and new customer onboarding.
  • Lead sales efforts on supplier portfolio, negotiate proposals, and agreements.
  • Maintain customer relationships through visits and review meetings.

Qualifications

  • Commercial/Sales experience, 5+ years, preferably in travel industry.
  • Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of sales and account management.
  • Experience in sales presentations and negotiations.
  • People management experience desirable.
  • UAE Driving Licence is essential.
