Our client, a leading company in the design and construction of B2B exhibition stands and events, is seeking to hire a Senior Sales Executive with proven experience in the events and exhibitions industry. This role requires a strategic mindset and strong business development capabilities to drive sales growth both locally and internationally.

As part of their international expansion, the company has recently opened a new office in Dubai, strengthening its presence in the Middle East. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing team and play a key role in shaping the company’s growth in a strategic region.

Main Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the exhibitions, trade shows, and events sector within the UAE and Middle East region.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of strategic clients, positioning the company as a long-term trusted partner.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal design and production teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery that exceeds client expectations.
  • Tailored Presentations: Prepare and present customized commercial proposals aligned with each client’s needs and objectives.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations and close sales agreements aligned with company goals.
  • Sales Reporting: Track performance, monitor key sales metrics, and report to senior management with insights and improvement plans.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales roles within the exhibition stand design and construction industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Middle East events and trade show market.
  • Strong background in managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to after-sales service.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership, organization, and strategic thinking.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus).
  • Based in the UAE and available for frequent travel across the region.
