The Role

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Executive – B2B Sales to join our UAE Sales team in Dubai. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong business-to-business relationships with corporate clients, contractors, developers, and project consultants. You will manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and client engagement to negotiation and deal closure—ensuring that our premium tiles and sanitaryware products are featured in high-profile projects across the UAE.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Meet with corporate clients to present and demonstrate RAK Ceramics’ product portfolio
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and procurement teams
  • Negotiate terms and successfully close deals to meet monthly and annual sales targets
  • Ensure complete coverage of all projects within the assigned territory
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, sales reports, and client information
  • Collaborate with your line manager to review sales performance and develop growth strategies
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including finance, for invoicing and credit clearance

What We Are Looking For

Functional

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the ceramics, building materials, or related industry (minimum 3 years)
  • Strong negotiation, deal-closing, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
