AL ZAABI GROUP seeks an experienced Senior Sales Executive – Tyres to grow OTR, TBR and PCR tyre sales across the UAE. You will develop new business, manage key accounts, hit sales and collection targets, and expand the customer base with fleet operators, transport and logistics companies, tyre dealers and workshops.

• Valid UAE Driving Licence mandatory

ob Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive – Tyres with strong knowledge and sales experience across OTR (Off-the-Road), TBR (Truck & Bus Radial), and PCR (Passenger Car Radial) tyres. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing key accounts, achieving sales and collection targets, and expanding the company’s customer base across the UAE. This Full time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of OTR, TBR, and PCR tyres across assigned territories and customer segments. Develop new business opportunities through fleet operators, transport companies, construction companies, logistics companies, workshops, tyre dealers, retailers, and corporate customers. Manage and grow existing key accounts while maintaining strong customer relationships. Conduct regular market visits and actively prospect for new customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tyre brands, patterns, sizes, and applications. Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and commercial terms, and close sales. Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales, revenue, margin, and collection targets. Monitor customer credit limits, outstanding payments, and ensure timely collections. Maintain knowledge of competitor pricing, tyre brands, market trends, and customer demand. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, procurement, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth order processing. Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit periodic sales forecasts and reports. Identify opportunities for fleet contracts and bulk tyre sales. Build long‑term relationships with decision‑makers, procurement teams, fleet managers, and business owners.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 5 years of tyre sales experience, with strong UAE/GCC market exposure preferred. Proven hands‑on sales experience in OTR, TBR and PCR tyres. Strong network within the UAE fleet, transport, logistics, construction, tyre dealer and automotive sectors. Good technical understanding of tyre sizes, applications, brands, patterns, load requirements, and customer requirements. Proven track record of achieving sales and collection targets. Strong negotiation, business development, and key account management skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned UAE territory.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
