Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive who is fluent in Arabic to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales within the UAE, specifically in sectors such as cosmetics, fragrances, beauty, luxury goods, watches, or jewelry. A proven track record in a senior sales role or in managing a team is essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
3. Lead or support a team of sales associates to drive performance and meet KPIs.
4. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and customer preferences.
5. Provide regular sales reports and contribute to sales strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

1. Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of retail sales experience within the UAE.
3. Prior experience in one or more of the following retail sectors is highly preferred:

• Cosmetics & Fragrances
• Beauty Products
• Luxury Retail
• Watches & Jewelry

Demonstrated experience in a senior sales role or team leadership.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and retain high-end clientele.
