Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Lead and supervise the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance reviews.
  • Conduct market analysis and stay updated with industry trends and competitors.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and agricultural professionals.
  • Coordinate with product development and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Represent Trada Group at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with in-depth knowledge of the agriculture and pesticides industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and expanding our market share across the region.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of proven sales experience in the agriculture and pesticides industry in the UAE or GCC region.
  • Deep understanding of pesticides, fertilizers, and crop protection products.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • UAE driving license required.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
