Job summary

A leading ceramics manufacturer in the UAE is seeking an export sales manager to oversee sales activities in the African region. The ideal candidate will have experience in sanitaryware export, excellent communication skills in Arabic, English, and French, and a bachelor's degree. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sanitaryware or building materials export.
  • Fluency in Arabic, English & French is required.
  • Understanding of export documentation & Incoterms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop export sales activities in the Africa region.
  • Conduct customer communication and product presentations.
  • Negotiate product offerings and handle online inquiries.

The Role

The role holder will be responsible for managing and developing export sales activities in the Africa region, focusing on customer engagement, sales coordination, and market development for sanitary ware products.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Daily customer communication and coordination with the reporting manager. Conduct online meetings and product presentations; understand customer requirements.
  • Negotiate product offerings skillfully to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales potential.
  • Prepare and share weekly updated stock lists with clients and follow up on product availability.
  • Handle daily online inquiries received via company channels (email, social media). Keep up with industry trends and competitor activity in the African market.
  • Maintain an updated database of leads, projects, and distributors in African territories. Provide market intelligence reports regularly.
  • Developing new African markets.
