Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Senior Sales Executive who lives and breathes sales. This is not a role for the slow and steady—it’s for the hustlers, go-getters, and deal-closers who can open doors, hunt aggressively, and deliver big revenue results.

You will focus primarily on land freight—both domestic GCC movements and cross-border lanes—winning new clients, growing key accounts, and ensuring we are the preferred logistics partner for every shipper you meet.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Hunting

  • Identify, prospect, and convert new B2B customers in land freight (domestic & cross-border)
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with continuous lead generation
  • Drive cold calling, face-to-face meetings, networking, and industry engagement to source opportunities

Revenue Ownership

  • Deliver against monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Upsell and cross-sell value-added services to maximize wallet share
  • Maintain healthy margins while meeting customer requirements

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business
  • Act as the key point of contact for post-sale customer needs in coordination with operations
  • Proactively resolve service issues to protect and grow the account

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market shifts
  • Feed actionable insights to management for strategic sales planning
  • Suggest tailored logistics solutions to fit customer needs and industry verticals

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

  • 2-5 years of proven sales experience in land freight (domestic & cross-border) in the GCC
  • Hunting DNA – you enjoy chasing new business more than managing existing accounts
  • Own car with valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication in English; Arabic is an advantage

Nice-to-Have:

  • Exposure to digital freight platforms or tech-enabled logistics solutions
  • Established network of shippers, manufacturers, and freight decision-makers in the GCC
  • Experience in other freight modes (Air/Sea) as a complement to core land freight focus
