Position: Senior Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities
  1. Manage a high-visibility book of business within our Lending segment, focusing on the largest MENA banks.
  2. Build and maintain customer success through active account management and generate additional business opportunities.
  3. Develop and execute account plans using a consultative sales approach.
  4. Operate as the primary payments contact for Finastra within assigned accounts.
  5. Utilize CRM tools for activity tracking and reporting.
  6. Establish strong relationships with stakeholders across product, business, technology, and procurement teams.
Required Qualifications
  1. 8+ years of outside sales experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or FinTech solutions, with knowledge of the banking industry.
  2. Proven ability to develop meaningful relationships and grow a book of business through consultative sales.
  3. Deep understanding of market trends, product, and industry competitive intelligence.
  4. Excellent stakeholder communication skills and ability to understand client challenges and opportunities.
