Identify potential leads, engage in effective lead generation activities, and convert them into successful business deals through strong negotiation and persuasive skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and cultivating long-term relationships.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, seamlessly onboard new clients, nurture existing accounts to maximize satisfaction and loyalty, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client retention.
Coordinate sales activities effectively, reconcile customer information, generate and present regular MIS reports to management, ensure timely submission of quotations and proposals, and accurately update sales details in the FRESA system for comprehensive client updates.
Participate in weekly sales meetings with the sales manager.
Understand various products offered by Cargo Line and effectively sell them to clients.
Advance knowledge by learning about new products or relevant training in shipping/logistics-related courses.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing
Certification in IATA or any courses on International Business and Supply Chain
5+ years of experience in the Logistics, Shipping & Transport industry in Dubai, UAE
Bilingual proficiency in English/Arabic or English/Hindi
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Experience with FRESA or any Freight Forwarding/Shipping software.
Possession of a local driver's license would be advantageous.
Strong relationships with shipping lines, transporters, and overseas agents.
