We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Engineer – Water Pumps to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales of water pump solutions to residential and villa projects , including buildings, gated communities, and related infrastructure within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify, pursue, and manage sales opportunities for water pump systems across residential and villa projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, project managers, and developers.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable pump solutions, ensuring technical compatibility.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and growth objectives within the assigned territory.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines to drive business strategy.
• Coordinate with the application and design team to support project specifications.
• Conduct site visits as needed to assess project requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide post-sales support and ensure timely payment follow-ups.

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in water pumps, preferably for residential and villa construction projects .
• Strong understanding of the UAE construction and MEP market.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Preferred Attributes :

• Existing client network in the UAE construction or MEP segment.
• Knowledge of major water pump brands and product lines.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
