KAN Middle East is seeking a qualified Senior Sales Engineer – UAE [Water Piping Solutions] for immediate employmentwho can support our sales team in Dubai with their own unique sales skills. The ideal candidate should have deep experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing.

Objectives of this role

  • Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of KAN’s offerings
  • Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
  • Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
  • Your responsibility will be to help us grow through : quoting and selling KAN’s products (pipes and fittings), maximizing market share and increasing sales revenue and presence within the allocated sales region
  • Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
  • Targeting and identifying new / potential customers
  • Promoting all KAN’s products and offering product and project design support
  • Achieving sales targets and developing new business
  • Offer guidance and assistance on the correct use and application of our products
  • Offering industry knowledge and guidance on legislation to ensure future protection
  • Preparing a weekly / monthly update report charting customer progress and highlight new business to the Sales Director
  • Ensuring regular customer contact
  • Securing orders and developing inquiries
  • Satisfying customer requirements
  • Collecting and reporting industry knowledge and competitor analysis
  • Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
  • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes

Required skills and qualifications

  • Five or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting
  • Strong sales background in HVAC market (specifically pipes and fittings), dealing with contractors will be an asset
  • Technical knowledge of plumbing solutions (PPR, PEX, INOX PRESS System) will be a strong asset
  • Strong client relationships
  • Competitor knowledge
  • UAE Driving Licence
  • IT Literate with MS Office skills
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
