A leading company in security solutions is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive sales across Dubai and the Northern Emirates. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong sales skills, emphasizing long-term customer relationships and successful delivery of security systems proposals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, at least 5 years of sales experience in UAE, and excellent customer management abilities.
What you will do
The Senior Sales Engineer – Security will report directly to the Sales Manager – Security Systems, UAE. As a key member of our expanding team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets across Dubai and the Northern Emirates, focusing on our comprehensive Security Systems portfolio for the End User segment.
Your core responsibilities will include driving sales of system upgrades, retrofits, service contracts, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs). You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market share by nurturing relationships with existing clients and developing new business opportunities within strategically targeted verticals. In this capacity, you will also act as a Key Account Manager, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and sustainable business growth.
Working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will leverage your technical expertise and market knowledge to deliver technology-driven solutions. Your focus areas will include CCTV, Access Control Systems, Gate Barrier Systems, Command & Control Center Solutions, Video Analytics, and other ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) solutions.
