What you will do

The Senior Sales Engineer Install will report directly to the Sales Director HVAC. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will be part of a team responsible for generating business through selling HVAC solutions to contractors and clients, driving growth for the install division segment within Building Technology and Solutions, with a focus on the HVAC portfolio.

Job Description

The role emphasizes bringing in sales and installation solutions for new construction projects in Abu Dhabi for HVAC systems, expanding our market share with key customers in the UAE, and driving business to a defined volume. You will leverage your experience to generate business from our HVAC installation base in a vibrant environment.

How You Will Do It

As the Senior Sales Engineer, you will use your HVAC market knowledge to forecast and develop an annual sales plan, explore market opportunities, and implement strategies to improve margins and increase market share. Your responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating business processes for efficiency and applying improvements, analyzing data and metrics.
  • Growing our Applied, Equipment Replacement, and Retrofit business in the UAE, developing long-term customer relationships, and driving territory growth.
  • Leading by example in chasing, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities through high-quality proposals and tendering/bidding processes.
  • Differentiating Johnson Controls by leveraging deep market knowledge of competitors’ strategies, products, and services.
  • Preparing and delivering performance expectations, reviews, and development plans for the team.
Required
