Role Summary

As a Sales Engineer for the Enterprise segment, you will drive technical engagement with prospects and strategic customers while supporting key channel partners. You’ll identify customer needs, align them with Sophos solutions, lead evaluations and PoCs, and contribute to closing business opportunities. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will deliver impactful demos, support solution architecture, and ensure customer success. You’ll also enable partners through technical training, joint engagements, and ongoing guidance, presenting confidently to enterprise IT teams, C-level executives, and partner audiences.

What You Will Do :

  • Support sales by articulating the value of Sophos solutions to enterprise customers, translating complex cybersecurity challenges into business-relevant outcomes.
  • Collaborate with enterprise IT / Security teams and channel partners to design and architect secure, scalable, and resilient cybersecurity solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to diverse enterprise audiences, including IT stakeholders and C-level executives.
  • Qualify opportunities, gather technical and business requirements, and propose tailored Sophos solutions often in close coordination with partners.
  • Support and contribute to RFP / RFI responses by providing accurate, high-quality technical input aligned with customer requirements.
  • Enable and empower channel partners through hands-on technical training, solution positioning, and joint customer engagements.
  • Provide insights and feedback from enterprise customers and partners to internal teams, including Product Management.
  • Lead and manage technical evaluations, PoCs, and pilots to ensure smooth adoption and long-term customer success.

What You Will Bring :

  • Experience as a Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Systems Engineer in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure.
  • Strong experience with cybersecurity technologies, including Managed Detection and Response (MDR), incident response (IR), consulting services, endpoint protection, firewalls, email security, VPNs, and unified threat management (UTM).
  • Proven ability to present technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical enterprise audiences, including C-level stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise network architecture, cybersecurity frameworks, and security operations.
  • Experience in supporting and enabling channel partners, including joint solution design, training, and technical guidance.
  • Background in systems administration across platforms such as Windows, Linux, macOS, or UNIX.
  • Familiarity with responding to RFPs / RFIs with accurate and relevant technical input.
  • Knowledge of cyber insurance concepts, the NIST cybersecurity framework, and the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
  • Willingness to travel whenever required to support enterprise customers, channel partners, and participate in trainings, workshops, and industry events—locally and internationally.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
