Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Generation of enquiry, estimation, contract (draft), site visit, & approvals of shop drawings / finishes
• Meeting clients / consultants & main contractors
• Coordinate with client / consultant / main contractor
• Coordinate with supplier for: (1) primary specification, (2) finishes, (3) order specification, (4) proforma invoice, (5) delivery schedule
• Joint site inspection & project handover to operations department with all necessary technical & commercial documents
• Submission of tax invoices and achievement of payment collections
• Work on specialized projects
• Achieve sales targets

Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieve yearly sales targets
• Meet clients, consultants, main contractors, and vertical transportation consultants to promote the brand and new products
• List brands with new consultants, clients, and main contractors
• Scout new areas for enquiry
• Call, email, and visit clients, consultants, & main contractors for new jobs
• Submit offers
• Collect payments and achieve monthly collection targets
• Follow up on payments
• Study and interpret technical/tender documents for project preparation
• Prepare technical documents for nominated projects
• Select appropriate products based on project requirements (hotels, residential, commercial)
• Understand and apply manufacturing and safety codes (EN, local authorities like DM, Civil Defence)
• Study architectural drawings and check shop drawings received from the factory
• Coordinate with the factory on specifications and shop drawing preparations
• Use AutoCAD for drawing checks
• Attend technical & commercial meetings
• Submit techno-commercial offers and participate in negotiations
• Perform site marking for small projects
• Get approvals on finishes and drawings
• Prepare project schedules in coordination with operations
• Follow up on delivery schedules and coordinate with relevant departments and clients
• Conduct site surveys before order specification submission
• Participate in joint site visits with the operations team before handover
