Job Responsibilities
Meet and propagate solutions to consultants, clients, end users, and contractors.
Prepare comparative analysis of different products and services related to marine and Oil & Gas.
Prepare comparative analysis showing against our competitors.
Provide life cycle costings.
Prepare and present solutions at various forums and crowds.
Build new tools to expand the company’s market share.
For specified projects, work with the sales team from tender stage until the order is secured and strategize to increase the company’s win ratio.
Able to convert leads to company’s specifications and maintain market position.
Work on projects from concept stage.
Support sales to secure company’s approval, when required.
Report all visits, specifications, project details, and activities in CRM.
Job Requirements
At least 5 years in a similar role with experience and knowledge in marine and Oil & Gas mechanical equipment, static equipment, high pressure fittings products/projects.
An engineering degree with commercial aptitude.
Active team player who is stimulated by new challenges, full of initiative, and proactive.
Eager to grasp new opportunities.
Take initiative, be energetic, confident, and results-oriented with a personal drive to succeed.
Excellent communicator in English (speaking and writing); Arabic speaking is an advantage.
Knowledge of the UAE market.
Driving license.
Education
University degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent by experience.
Skills
Excellent communication (presentation, negotiation, and influencing) skills, both spoken and written in English.
Knowledge of the Arabic language is considered an advantage.
Familiar with standard Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
