Job description

Grand Seal Building & Construction Materials LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Sr. Sales Engineer to join our team. We are a leading construction chemical trading company specializing in products for the building and civil industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales across the UAE, from project identification to order finalization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, including waterproofing subcontractors, main contractors, and project consultants.
  • Promote and specify our range of products such as waterproofing solutions, tile adhesives & grout, concrete repair materials, flooring products, etc., to consultants as the preferred solution to enhance the durability and lifespan of structures.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and pursue them by contacting prospective clients and exploring new avenues for sales.
  • Maintain a daily updated project list and identify projects that offer sales potential for our product range.
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations to consultants and contractors, understand their needs, and propose suitable technical solutions using our products.
  • Participate in weekly internal sales meetings to align on sales goals and strategies.
  • Provide monthly sales forecasts to ensure adequate inventory and capacity planning.
  • Offer suggestions for new product developments and improvements when applicable.
  • Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, ensuring consistent and reliable service.

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Proven knowledge and experience with construction chemical products, including waterproofing, flooring, concrete repair, and tile adhesives & grout.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the building materials or construction chemicals sector.
  • Strong ability to self-motivate, multi-task, and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic character with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
