Overview

Position Title: Senior Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed agreed sales and profit targets within the given target period.
• Business development – understanding and constant tracking of the target market requirements, projects and tenders.
• Identify new products and potential vendors to include in the product portfolio to enhance project package supply.
• Identify and ensure efficient marketing activities, value proposition to end users, consultants, contractors, and prospective customers.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable standards.
• Market intelligence: regularly update information about market players and changes in market requirements, including potential future market disruptors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or any other relevant education.
• Degree / Diploma in Engineering with minimum 5 years' experience in Surveying Products.
• Candidates with sales experience and knowledge in Leica / Trimble / Topcon, etc.
• Good knowledge of the surveying industry and products.
• Proven track record with delivering growth in both sales and profitability.
• Strong connections with end users, consultants, contractors, and potential customers.
• Ability to work independently in planning activities, making decisions, and supporting customers.
• Well versed with Salesforce, Microsoft D365 or equivalent ERP and MS Office skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• UAE driving license mandatory.
