Responsibilities :
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets by effectively managing a sales pipeline and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and clients by understanding their needs and providing the best solutions.
  • Develop new customer contact leads for the sales and business development team.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge related to HVAC O&G requirements.
  • Conduct market analysis, especially for the Abu Dhabi area, to enhance market coverage.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule appointments, make initial presentations, and understand account requirements.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in sales analytics tools is preferred.
  • Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Participate in business development activities within the defined customer segment to support the business strategy.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience :

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC within the O&G segment.

Skills :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
