Overview

Senior Sales Engineer – GB Equipment Solutions (JCB Division)

GB Equipment Solutions, part of the Galadari Group, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our JCB Division. The role will focus on developing business opportunities across heavy equipment and gensets while building strong customer relationships in the market.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales of JCB heavy equipment and gensets across Abu Dhabi and surrounding regions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing and growing existing client accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting, tendering, and negotiations through to final delivery and payment follow-up.
  • Coordinate closely with service and parts teams to ensure after-sales support and long-term client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in heavy equipment and gensets within the region
  • Arabic speaker with strong communication skills in English
  • Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Valid driving license
