Complete ownership of the End to End Sales cycle (Oracle Sales).
Responsible for understanding IT services offerings and competition.
Build business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
Build own pipeline through demand generation & targeted campaigns to manage complex sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue attainment.
Coordinates involvement of company resources, including delivery, support functions, and management team to meet sales performance objectives and customer expectations.
Present the complete Aspire service offerings to leads and customers.
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Responsible for invoicing and collection of payments in respect of customer accounts owned.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Reporting to Regional Head of ME.
Qualifications:
Bachelors/undergraduate degree in Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Science with a focus on Information Technology, Instrumentation, or Electronics & Communications is required.
Post grad diploma or degree in Business Studies with specialization in IT-related topics/marketing/economics etc. is a plus.
At least 10+ years of direct sales experience as an individual contributor and hunting experience in IT services sales is mandatory.
Senior candidates with higher experience will also be considered.
Compensation: Commensurate with qualifications, experience, and domain expertise. Sales incentive plan is applicable.
