Your role:
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

• Initiate all approvals as per the process.
• Documentation and customer creation.
• Job booking and issuing PI.
• Job release, create PR, and process B2B orders.
• Get delivery acknowledgment and update the customer.
• Obtain delivery approval as per the process.
• Prepare documents required along with the deliveries.
• Send supervisor for any inspection and final commissioning.
• Get signed DO and invoice the job.
• Update forecast file.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 0-2 years experience in sales coordination, preferably in the HVAC industry.
• Excel knowledge.
• SAP knowledge preferable.
• Self-motivated, team player, result-oriented, with effective communication skills.
• This role is only for Emirati candidates.
