- Develop and execute sales strategies for the Digital Solutions Business Unit to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and prospect potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored digital solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the Digital Solutions team to ensure the seamless delivery of solutions and meet client expectations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and refine sales tactics.
- Lead contract negotiations and close sales deals with clients.
- Provide feedback from clients to the development team to improve products and services.
- Manage the sales pipeline to ensure continuous growth and meet revenue goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales collateral and campaigns that drive leads.
- Ensure sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and reports, are completed accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
- Participate in regular sales meetings to discuss performance, share insights, and align strategies with company objectives.
- Contribute to the development of the business unit’s sales forecast and budget.
- Engage in continuous learning to enhance sales and technical skills and stay current with digital trends and solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role within a technology or solutions environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
