Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and passion for creative expression.
• Experience with digital fabrication tools (laser cutter, vinyl cutter, 3D printer) is a plus.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills in a multidisciplinary team.

Job description

Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets by:

• Passionately inspiring consumer loyalty to the brand
• Diligently executing store operations, with a focus on selected functional areas, providing support and feedback to Retail Professionals

Key Responsibilities :

• Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets; take ownership and effectively use all available store resources to meet or exceed them
• Be a role model for customer service and exceeding customer expectations
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, exhibiting Brand Attitude and Values consistently
• Adhere to all established policies and procedures
• Support team members when needed
• Design and hand-paint custom artwork on shoes, including sneakers, boots, and dress shoes
• Consult with clients to understand their design preferences and desired outcomes
• Prepare and prime footwear surfaces for durability and adherence of paints or materials
• Use artistic tools (paint, airbrush, markers, embroidery, fabric) for unique designs
• Stay updated with fashion trends, sneaker culture, and design techniques
• Collaborate with creatives, brands, or influencers on design projects
• Maintain a portfolio and document the creative process for marketing
• Manage timelines, orders, and customer expectations effectively
• Seek coaching and learning opportunities for continuous improvement
