The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing clients with research, analysis and advice on complex real estate issues.
  • Building and maintaining a network of clients.
  • Estimating property value by collating and analysing data as well as conducting site inspections.
  • Providing advice on acquisitions, sale or investments and preparing valuation reports.
  • Managing a team of 1-5 people.
Ideal Profile
  • You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate.
  • You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
  • You have working knowledge of Negotiation, Client Acquisition & Relationship Management, Sales Visits and Sales Target Achievement.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
  • You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
