Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales & Marketing Executive with a strong background in IT services. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing strategy, and independently generating leads. The role requires a proactive professional who can drive growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing accounts, and contributing to the overall marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients for IT services (custom software development, cloud, digital transformation, etc.)
- Identify, qualify, and generate leads independently through multiple channels (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, events, referrals, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers
- Collaborate with technical teams to create proposals, presentations, and pitch decks tailored to client needs
- Execute marketing campaigns (email, social media, webinars, etc.) aligned with sales goals
- Represent the company at industry events, expos, and conferences to build brand awareness
- Conduct competitive market research and analyze trends to refine positioning and offerings
- Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs; maintain CRM systems with accurate data
- Support the creation of marketing collateral including case studies, brochures, and website content.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in Sales and Marketing in the IT Services industry
- Demonstrated success in independent lead generation and client acquisition
- Strong understanding of software services (web/mobile development, SaaS, cloud, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and marketing platforms
- Strategic thinker with the ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
