Job Overview :
Our Client in Security Systems, Dubai is seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to drive business growth, expand market reach, and foster strong relationships within the IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, network solutions, unified communication, and storage solutions domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT Sales, particularly in selling Storage, Network Infrastructure, Cybersecurity solutions, and unified communication solutions within the UAE market. The candidate must be currently residing in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and establish relationships with key enterprise clients, government entities, and private sector companies.
- Drive sales for IT solutions including Storage, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud-based security solutions, and unified communication platforms.
- Develop deep understanding of client IT infrastructure needs and position relevant solutions to address challenges.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, solution presentation, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with OEMs, distributors, and technology partners to develop go-to-market strategies.
- Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline and regular reporting.
- Work closely with the pre-sales and technical teams to ensure accurate solution alignment with client requirements.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in IT security, storage, and infrastructure.
Preferred Skills :
- 15+ years of experience in IT Sales, with a minimum of 5 years in the UAE (Dubai) market.
- Extensive experience in selling Storage, network infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions, and unified communication.
- Strong network and relationships with key decision-makers in enterprises, government sectors, and large corporate accounts in the UAE.
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with experience in C-level engagement and enterprise sales.
- Strong technical understanding of IT security, storage, cloud solutions, networking, and IT infrastructure.
- Experience working with regional distributors, system integrators, and OEMs.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree / MBA is a plus.
- Certifications in IT Sales, Cybersecurity, or Cloud Solutions (e.g., AWS, Cisco, Microsoft) are advantageous.
- The candidate should have a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to independently develop business and create opportunities in a competitive market.
- A strategic thinker who can align IT solutions with client needs and business objectives.
- Capable of managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive approach in identifying new business opportunities and market trends.
