Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic account management and drive business development initiatives.
  • Leverage a strong background in software solutions and services within the BFSI sector.
  • Engage effectively with C-level executives, IT and business decision-makers, and procurement heads.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Develop and execute account penetration strategies to secure long-term contracts and multi-year deals.
  • Drive business growth by identifying and developing new accounts while nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Create and maintain a clear account plan for each major account, aligned with annual sales targets.
  • Manage the sales planning and forecasting process.
  • Build and track a structured sales pipeline, ensuring accurate revenue forecasts and timely opportunity management.
  • Anticipate upcoming projects and budget cycles within key accounts.
  • Maintain up-to-date client and opportunity information in Salesforce CRM.
  • Provide regular status reports and pipeline updates to senior sales management.
  • Demonstrate a strategic mindset with strong client-centric decision-making abilities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience of selling IT solutions (software, hardware, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity etc.) to banking clients in Abu Dhabi.
  • Must have been working at an IT System Integrator organization.
