Position Overview: The Senior Sales Officer is a key executive responsible for leading the sales strategy and operations of the organization in Dubai, UAE. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth across multiple retail outlets. The Sales Manager will work closely with other executives to align sales initiatives with the overall business objectives and ensure the company meets its financial goals.
Scope of Responsibility: Oversees sales team. Focuses on day-to-day operations and management of sales personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Setting sales targets and quotas for the team.
Training and mentoring sales staff.
Monitoring sales performance and providing feedback.
Implementing sales strategies and tactics.
Managing customer relationships and resolving issues.
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify turnover opportunities of current inventory of Plants, Pots, and more.
Customer Communication and Relationship Management:
Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and fulfill their needs to close successful deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure client retention and continuous business.
Team Leadership and Training:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Train the sales team on interpersonal skills, successful attitudes and key behavior to enhancing performance and customer engagement.
Team Building:
Build a team of successful salespeople that align with the long-term vision and mission of the organization.
Foster a high-performance culture through training, coaching, and performance management.
Revenue Growth:
Drive revenue growth by generating sales in two retail outlets and identifying new sales opportunities and markets.
Strategize to sell products to important clients, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and mission.
Plan and implement successful sales pipelines that effectively convert clients into long-term customers.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and effectiveness.
Sales Policy Review and Planning:
Review and refine sales policies and planning to ensure efficient sales systems are in place.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
Reporting and Analysis:
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to the executive team.
Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably as a Senior Sales Manager, CSO or VP of Sales.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.

Working Conditions:
