Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT/IAM experience with hands-on SailPoint IIQ and ISC.
• Ability to design, develop, configure, test, deploy and support IAM solutions.
• Strong technical leadership, stakeholder communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize and support SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions end-to-end.
• Configure IIQ components: Applications, Connectors, Aggregations, Mappings, Roles, Certifications, Workflows, Form, and Provisioning.
• Develop SailPoint rules, workflows, and functionality using Java, Beanshell, XML, JSON, SQL, and REST/SOAP.
• Lead onboarding across AD/LDAP/JDBC/REST/SCIM/SAP and other systems.
• Configure identity and entitlement aggregation, reconciliation, provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Support joins, moves, leaves, and lifecycle scenarios; mentor juniors.
• Troubleshoot outages, performance, connectors and configurations; document RCA and fixes.
• Participate in design reviews, estimations, sprint planning, and risk management.
• Assess transitions from IIQ to ISC and cloud onboarding initiatives.
