• Grant or recommend high‑level execution authorization after confirming safety requirements.
• Verify compliance with HSE procedures, permits, controls, and requirements.
• Monitor high-risk activities and recommend corrective actions for unsafe conditions.
• Maintain safety records and risk assessment documentation.
