Job summary

Sisco is seeking an HSE Inspector for our client in Abu Dhabi, UAE, within the oil and gas sector. The role focuses on conducting routine site inspections, hazard identification, and ensuring compliance with permit-to-work procedures and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma or bachelor in Engineering, Occup Health & Safety or related field.
• Recognized HSE qualification/certification preferred (NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent).
• Experience in HS&E inspections and oil & gas operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine HSE inspections across oil and gas sites.
• Monitor compliance with HSE procedures, PTW, and regulations.
• Identify hazards and support risk assessments.
• Inspect PPE, equipment, and access routes for safety.
• Verify control measures before work begins.
• Report observations and follow up on corrective actions.
• Participate in toolbox talks, drills, and HSE awareness activities.
• Maintain inspection records and assist investigations.
