Job Description

Senior Rotating Equipment Diagnostic and Monitoring Engineers

Require a B.S. or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university, along with Vibration Cat III certification from an international certification body and system 1 knowledge.

The role involves supervising and managing all aspects of the Artificial Intelligence (AI), centralized Predictive, Analytic, and Diagnosing (CPAD) tool for Major Rotating Equipment. Responsibilities include reviewing outputs from predictive analysis and diagnostic software, analyzing early notifications, providing corrective actions and recommendations for online interventions to prevent business or safety impacts, and enhancing the Mean Time Between Overhaul based on equipment condition assessments to improve performance and optimize major maintenance costs. The candidate must review data from various condition monitoring tools, both offline and online, received from site personnel.

Coordinate with site personnel and regularly collaborate to drive continuous improvement, synergy, knowledge sharing, and to deliver the business strategy with the site rotating and reliability teams. The candidate should be capable of preparing detailed rotating equipment assessment reports to defer planned maintenance or propose maintenance based on observed findings. Basic knowledge of AI and ML is advantageous.
