Job Purpose

Role Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality RPA solutions within the group, ensuring timely completion and smooth deployment.
• Collaborate closely with the Technical Product Manager, Business stakeholders, and Solution Architects to interpret business requirements and translate them into effective RPA solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring solutions align with architectural strategies and best practices.
• Lead the planning, high-level design, and feasibility assessment of RPA solutions, estimating efforts and passing requirements to developers.
• Define project scopes, provide technical consultancy, and act as a lead in project teams.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including detailed designs, impact analyses, and operation manuals.
• Work with the team to discover, implement, and adopt RPA bots across the Emirates Group.
• Manage platform components such as the Control Room, Platform upgrades, and other Automation A360 products.
• Review code and business design documents to ensure quality, robustness, and compliance with standards.
• Develop reusable components using scripting languages like Python to accelerate development.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement sessions within the team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field, with 8+ years of IT experience.
• Preferred certifications include SAFe or Agile Scrum Master.
• At least 2 years of experience with Automation Anywhere Platform, including IQ Bot.

Knowledge and Skills

• Extensive experience in RPA solution design using Automation Anywhere or UiPath.
• Proficiency in software development, scripting, and API integrations (SOAP and REST).
• Experience deploying RPA solutions on cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
• Knowledge of MS SQL databases.
• Understanding of business process automation and re-engineering tools.
• Experience developing Automation Anywhere packages with Java is a plus.
