Job summary

Ultimate HR Solutions is seeking an Estimator with 5–10 years of relevant experience to handle road and infrastructure projects including asphalt works in the UAE. You will gather site data, analyze costs, and prepare detailed estimates using CAD/CANDY or similar software, ensuring accuracy and timely bid submissions.

Ideal candidates will have strong numerical skills, familiarity with construction methodologies, and the ability to review subcontractor quotes while managing risks and cost

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in road and infra structure and asphalt works in UAE.
• Familiar with construction methodology process & sequence of work.
• Determining key variables for cost and other estimates.
• Gather firsthand information from sites and market.
• Obtain and review offers and quotes by subcontractors or vendors.
• Perform risk analysis.
• Familiarity with financial and project management principles.

Responsibilities

• Estimate costs and prepare bid proposals for road and infra projects.
• Collect data on labor, materials, and equipment costs from sites and market.
• Review subcontractor and vendor offers and quotations.
• Perform risk analysis and evaluate financial viability of projects.
• Use CAD/CANDY or similar software for estimations and drawings.
