Qualifications

• Around 10 years of risk management experience within financial services.
• Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably ADGM/FSRA or DIFC.
• Exposure to fintech, digital assets, or technology-driven financial services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management framework.
• Provide risk reporting and insights to senior management and the Board.
• Oversee outsourcing and third-party risk management.
