Job summary

Binance is seeking a senior Risk Manager based in Abu Dhabi to lead risk management for the RIE and RCH entities. The role involves building the risk framework across credit, market, liquidity, and operational risk and delivering governance-ready reports for regulators.

You will own the risk analytics toolkit, oversee stress testing, margin analysis, and model risk, coordinating with Finance and business lines. Reporting to the Head of Risk.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in risk management within regulated financial institutions.
• Strong quantitative skills with hands-on methodology experience.
• Experience with risk data engineering, exposure aggregation and data quality remediation.
• Clear written and verbal communication for decision-ready papers and regulatory submissions.
• Ability to work independently on ambiguous problems and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
• Based in Abu Dhabi with presence at ADGM premises as required.

Responsibilities

• Policy and regulatory framework: Draft, maintain and operationalise policy suites for RIE and RCH.
• Regulatory coordination: Prepare prudential reporting and regulator communications.
• Risk analytics: Own risk identification, KRIs, risk register, and governance packs.
• Stress testing: Design, calibrate scenarios and run quarterly cycles.
• Margin and collateral analytics: Develop risk methodologies and governance materials.
